You can return any purchase within 100 days for a refund.
For any product you buy from us, from your date of order you have the next 100 days to wear it wherever you go, party with it, look good with it, or enjoy your favorite movies and music with it. Because we know you'll love the fit, you'll love the audio quality, and you'll be amazed by the product. But just as unpredictable as life is, some things just don't quite work out. So it's ok to change your mind.
Just contact us at email@example.com with your original order number and details, and we'll follow-up with you. You'll need to pay for shipping back to us via a tracked courier, and ensure the product is undamaged and in its original package. We'll refund you once we receive it.
Do note that the product needs to reach us in order for for us to process your refund, so please ensure you use a tracked courier, because if the package is lost in the return shipment we won't be able to process the refund.
The date you ship the product out for return to us has to be within 100 days from when you first received the product. If you ship the product out to us after the 100 day period, you are not eligible for a refund even if you may have emailed us to notify us of your intent before that.
Refunds are done for the amount paid directly to Morph for your purchase, and exclude any amount that you may have separately paid to other parties for shipping or Customs duties.
Refunds are done via a reversal on the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Should your credit card used for the original purchase be no longer available such that a reversal on the card cannot be done (e.g. due to card expiry, or cancellation of the card), other channels such as a transfer via PayPal, or a wire transfer, may be used to refund you. In such cases, there may be transaction costs incurred. All such transaction costs incurred are deducted from the amount ultimately refunded to you.
Please also note that if the returned product is damaged, or if there is a situation where our courier reports that the customer refuses to receive the product shipped out to them for any reason, resulting in the product being unrecoverable or destroyed by the Customs or the courier at the destination country, the customer is ineligible for a refund.
Should the customer refuse to accept a shipment resulting in the product being returned to us, the customer will be refunded less all shipping and any additional handling charges for the return shipment to us, with the total final amount to be refunded determined solely by Morph.
